Terms and Conditions Use of the mitr77 Platform

1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the words "mitr77", "we", "company" or "Platform" refer to mitr77 and all associated entities operating the website and services under the domain mitr77.pro. The words "you", "user" or "member" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses mitr77's services.

3Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at mitr77. Owning more than one account under the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid phone number. mitr77 is not responsible for any losses arising from false or inaccurate information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must notify us within 24 hours of becoming aware of any such unauthorised access.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all accounts before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used.

4Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Mitr77 accepts a wide range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected debit/credit cards. All payment methods are fully supported, and transactions are processed through secure channels with industry-level encryption.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 per transaction, while the maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per request.

• Deposit via FPX: Credited within 1–5 minutes after bank confirmation.
• Deposit via eWallet: Credited instantly once the transaction is confirmed.
• Withdrawal to bank account: Processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours on business days.
• Withdrawal to eWallet: Processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the mitr77 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified by independent third-party testing bodies. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game follows the respective game provider's specifications and can be viewed on the relevant game information page.

The outcome of all games is final once a round or game session has concluded. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.

7Acceptable User Conduct

Mitr77 users are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and honest manner while using our platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

8Account Closure and Suspension

Mitr77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

9Limitation of Liability

Mitr77's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into the platform in the 30 days preceding that claim.

10Amendment of Terms and Conditions
